Meet Lisa

Arriving home from photographing a family, a baby session, or a wedding, my face literally hurts from smiling. It’s hard to stop smiling when I get to capture all of the memories for the wonderful families that I work with every day!

Hi, I’m Lisa. A wife to an amazing husband and a mother to two beautiful girlies. The smiles start at home with them, and continue with having a “job” doing what I absolutely love! I love the small things – bed head from my youngest in the morning, seeing the subtle hint of my personality in my oldest daughter, and let’s not forget, my partner-in-crime when it comes to dessert on Friday nights (the hubby and I may have a little bit of a sweet tooth)! I’m so grateful and blessed for this amazing journey I’m on.

People ask how I got into photography, I’ve basically been shooting all of my life. When I was 15, I was blessed with working for an an award-winning artist, photographer, and mentor. I was able to learn all sides of photography – production, retouching, lighting, and shooting. I am forever grateful for such great hands-on experience which led me to pursuing photography and artistic design in college. A few years later, my husband urged me to make the frightening move of quitting my desk job and start my own company in 2007. And now, here we are.
