My Favorite Places to Photograph Around Phoenix
One of my favorite parts of being a photographer is finding beautiful places that make each session feel unique and special to each family. Over the years, I’ve discovered some favorite spots around the Valley that I love coming back to again and again!
The amazing part of living in Phoenix is we can showcase so many different environments in our city, from county western in Cave Creek to full desert landscape in Jewel of the Creek Preserve to buildings, wall art, and street signs in downtown Phoenix.

If you want variety, this location has it all! Desert, greenery, rustic details, architecture and beautiful textures give us so many different looks in one session. My absolute favorite due to the variety and background textures!

Downtown Phoenix
Being an artist, I love the modern city vibes here! Historic buildings, brick, gardens, trees and beautiful architectural details give this location a timeless feel with plenty of variety. Great location for high school seniors and family photos with older children.
Rancho Manana Golf Club
Cave Creek
One of my favorite little hidden gems! Lush greenery, palm trees, desert landscaping, fountains and rustic details create a beautiful setting that feels a little more secluded.

Jewel of the Creek Preserve
Cave Creek
This one takes a little bit of a hike, but it is worth the walk once you see the photos! A beautiful desert location filled with saguaros, trees, tall grasses and lush Sonoran Desert scenery. During the right season, the creek can even add more beauty to the scene.

This is a fun location to shoot at! It has historic ranch buildings, red brick, gardens, orchards, rustic doors and even roaming peacocks make this one of the most unique locations in the Valley.

I love country western photos and outfits! Rustic storefronts, timber, cobblestone, a little chapel and beautiful Sonoran Desert mountain views create a fun Old West feel you won't find at many other locations. One of my absolute favorites!

If you're up in North Phoenix, this is a great spot for family photos. Looking for a little greenery and water? This location offers ponds, waterfalls, walking trails, large trees, boulders and beautiful spots around the park.
